Only just discovered this because I have been on holiday.
Radio 4 has been broadcasting a six part version of
Dance to the Music of Time. The second episode is still on line and well worth listening to. It doesn't appear to matter if you missed the first part because the narrator puts everything in context. Listen and enjoy.
